Well, I'm finally in Brazil, and it is different, different people, mentality, lifestyle, and of course different language. I feel an overload of Portuguese running through my head, i am now serving in a city named Hortolandia. My companion is Elder Rabelo. I live in an small house with two other elders. To describe the area would be to long but suffice it to say, it is hot and there are people everywhere, it is a different mentality than the states and the West Virginia mission.
I hope everyone is well, i will write more on Monday which is the same p day.
Sincerely,
Elder Kochenderfer
p.s ( I will be receiving new name tags here in Brazil because my last name is difficult for them to pronounce, i will become Elder Vincent which is my middle name, the mission president here recommended it so i agreed. hope all is well)
